At Casexpress, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged
  • The wrong product has been delivered

To request a return, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect mobile model selected by the customer
  • Minor color or design placement variations

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Share clear photos or an unboxing video as proof

Our team will review your request and take appropriate action.

Damaged or Lost Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof

Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or suitable resolution.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your request is approved:

  • We will offer a replacement product or refund
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Requests without proper proof (images/video) may not be eligible for return or refund.
